CardForum 2026 is a wrap, and it was three excellent days in Seč. Our team took to the stage alongside our partner Born Digital to show AI card back-office automation working in production, built specifically for banks, card issuers, acquirers, PSPs, and payment innovators.

On stage, we gave a live demonstration of real-time voice technology that resolves card transaction refunds end to end, with no human in the loop.
